I don't know why, but everytime I feel emotional or physical pain enough to cause great frustration or distress, I go do extremely intense exercise and possibly stupid, since I keep going even though I know I'm dehydrated and about to throw up or faint, and then won't go to sleep the whole night or day and just keep going, sometimes I just do this for the fun of it, not always when I'm upset, but like right now I'm pissed at 3:37 am, I'm probably going to go run a bunch of sprints and updowns in cold wet rain and mud alone just so I can pass out and hopefully wake up feeling alittle better.

its called indorphines........working out hard......is a stressor........but more or less erustress(sp) good stress. The surge of endorphiones( natural pain killers) and other natural highs kick in an dyou dont' feel it. besides working out takes you mind off of it, and stress is more or less 80% mental than physical most of the time.
