Hello Im kind of new here. I was just wondering if some of the experiencd here can tell me if I should start out on the interm or advanced program on the ft workout prgm. I am not new to weights but I havent worked out in a few years.
Any suggestions??

start with the intermediate, if its not doing the trick for you after about a month, move up to the advanced

ag30..you're beginner...I know you hate that...but that's where you are...after a few years off....your body pretty much lost everything you gained from previous workouts....so start as you would as a complete beginner....by doing intermediate/advanced workouts you'll likely injure/overtrain your muscles....one step at a time

Good call menace! He is right better to start slowly and then build up! Otherwise you are looking for an injury.
