Hello everyone! I am semi-new working out. I have been seriously frustrated for years about my lack of weight and strength. But through the years i have come to learn it is more about eating and disipline. With that being said, the past 3-4 months I started at a measly 135ibs to a now 153ibs. I ate every three hours, worked out 3xs a week and took some suppliments.

My friend recommended Pinnacle NOx2. It is pretty good. No complaints here. After that I purchased some l-glutamine to take after my work outs and 1st thing in the morning. Then as a in between meal, N2large shake. But now I read about 1-AD, NOxPlode, Cell-Tech and all of their results.

I am kinda new to this suppliment taking, my question for anyone with experience stacking, is it safe to try and take all of these together? I am eager and hungry to gain weight. Iam 25 and still look skinny. Just the scale says other wise.

Any suggestions appriciated.

Forget looking to spend your money on a bunch of promises from supplement companies. Get your diet in order, you say you eat every 3 hrs., this is great, so you are on the right track. You have most likely reached maintenance now for your weight, and need to increase your caloric intake to keep gaining.
