From the information I've gathered from this site and a few others, let me make sure I have all of this correct...
Warm up for a couple minutes, get the heart rate up to about 75% of what your max is, then go hard for about 60 to 90 seconds till your heart rate reaches what is supposed to be your max. Is that correct?
Then slow down till your heart rate reaches 75% of max again, then go hard....? Do this for about 20 minutes or so?
