Well my coach has been working on mostly my endurance and just strength in general.As of latly on bench i've just done 3 working sets...2 sets of 6 and a set of 8. Plus axhilary work.
I have been working in a dl/squat suit for some time.Although a very loose one.
Today was my 1st day in a bench shirt. It's a lil big on me...a 1ply close back inzer. It does have a double ply breast plate tho. To tell ya how big and pliable it is...I was able to touch 305 1st time. But I was able to do 405 1st time in a shirt. I tried 430 but I touched too high and my elbow shot out so I lost it.
but I'm brused, cut and have blood welts. But A intresting day none the less.
