Hello all - my name is Josh and I started using this site a few months ago to try and help me plan a workout schedule. I'm 27 and in OK shape. I play soccer several nights a week and keep active. Unfortunately I tend to eat bad foods and have started to develop a bit of a gut.
My goal here is to find a gym routine I can stick with. Playing 2-4 soccer games a week is great for my legs but doesn't seem to help me lose any weight plus I have a thin upper body. I've already changed my diet quite a bit (though I still have lapses to fast food for convenience).
All of this would be easier if I didn't have problems waking up. My job isn't too picky about my hours as long as I'm performing well (which I do) and I tend to sleep in. My evenings are already booked solid with soccer, disc-golf, and other activities with family/friends.
I think that about covers it. I have some specific questions but I'll cruise the other forums and see if they've already been answered.
