I have joined in today and i dont know where to start.
A brief intro about where i am now, i have been into losing weight since as long as i can remember, and i do succeed, but for a little while only. I am into what seems like a yo-yo pattern. What is the worst thing is that now i dont seem to lose weight anymore by simple measures like cutting down on diet and exercise. It takes me an extra effort to lose weight, something like literally starving. Lately, i have been too tired and feel too fatigued to actually work out anymore. My work schedule makes it hard for me to indulge into any specific time routines and i have erratic eating patterns because of that also.
