I guess I never did really introduce myself properly! My name is Shaun, I am an ex-marine who now owns a chain of Cellular 'superstores'. I have dabbled with physical training continuously for the last 7 years (since my initial spout in the marines) but only in the past 6 months have I became very serious in body building. I Currently am on a plateau, but am starting to break free and reach new goals thanks to education and even harder work.

I apologize in advance, I am one who asks the same questions many times, yet ask it in very different ways. I just have one of them thought patterns that I want to know exactly how to do what I am doing, and have that marine mentality that I will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

So, Hello to everyone, look forward to accomplishing our goals together, and helping those I can, and getting help in return if possible!
