Hi! My name is Connie and I'm 43 years old. I live in the USA in California. I have been weight training off and on since 1987, mostly off, but now "on" since an injury in 2000 forced me to prioritize my life. I am so glad it happened because today I am in the best shape of my life!

I use advanced weight training videos that have been the best thing for me. Working out at home is more convenient for me than going to a gym because I have a son and I work 4 days a week. It saves driving, parking, and other minutes. I usually work out at 5 a. m. I have a weight rack with pairs of dumbbells ranging from 3# to 25#, 4 barbells with plates from 2 1/2 # to 25# each, and a single 40# dumbbell (aren't you all impressed!? LOL).

Thank you for having this forum. I have read and learned a lot here in the past 2 days. Heard about this forum on another forum: www.cathe.com That is the main page. The forum is at http://64.225.138.194/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.pl
