My name is Deserey Markwick and I just thought I'd introduce myself and state why I joined. I have always been interested in fitness but found that I don't know enough to keep going. I have reached a plateau on my fitness training and would like to take it to the next level but also I have no clue about healthy eating. I seriously need help.
Hi my name is Kristin, I was doing very good with my weight loss and fittness until I broke my leg in Febuary, and now I am having a very hard time getting back into it and need an extra push. I need to lose about 25lbs but I am limited to very low impact when it comes to my legs. I have 2 plates and 18 pins just above my anckle and I find myself using that as an excusefor slacking. Any extra push to keep me going is very welcomed.
