Hi my name is Katie I am 21 and I am here to get support to lose weight and get into a healthier life style. I just found out today that there is a good chance i have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and I need to lose weight to help lesson the symptoms of it. I want to stay healthy for myself and my 6 month old daughter Eleanor. I have a hard time losing weight but not a hard time maintaining it. My goal is to lose 50-60lbs (go from 210 to 150) I am going to be starting on some supplements here soon to help me lose weight so I am praying that will help!. I am needing lots of motivation! I seem to always be able to go strong for a few days then I just give up. Not something I am proud of. I do play in a winter volleyball league each week so I guess that is a good start! I have a low self esteem and I would like to change that as well. I appreciate you having me here! I am looking to put together a fitness/workout plan if anyone would be willing to help me I would really really appreciate it! I want my daughter to be able to see me be active and taking care of myself so she can do that to! I hope everyone is having a good week!
