Hello, first let me introduce myself. My name is Daniel and I'm 22 from Israel, I'm around 175cm tall and I weigh around 90kg. From the age of 18 and until two months ago I was in the Israeli Air Force. While in the first year of service I lost quite alot of weight and gained muscle from the day to day work and after that time my job shifted more to management and I started gaining weight again...
Anyhow I just started University and I got a subscription to a full featured gym and I'm plaining on using it.

My goals? Gain mass (I don't mind being big but my beer belly bothers me), improve my overall shape.

I was planning on using the 3 day's a week plan for weight training so my first question is would cardyo workout (treadmill, bike or swimming) be smart?
I assume a workout session shouldn't take more then 1.5-2 hours?

My 2nd question is about nutrition, I understand that nutrition and exercise are equal factor to success of exercise but the site nutrition help only gives general direction on what to eat but I need something more specific. Is there anyone here that can build a nutrition plan for me if I supply a list of things I eat and things that I don't and make me a list of what and when to eat it like a dietitian would?
