Hello everyone. Just joined today, was just looking for a resource with some weight loss programs to follow. In Highschool I varsity'd in both football and baseball from my sophomore year on, but as active as I was I was never under 280 lbs. After highschool I got a fast food job and stopped being active. Now I sit at about 310... not too happy about that. I would like to get back down around 280 honestly I dont know if I will be able to go much lower than that... *shrug Im just a big guy. My shoulders which are 56" around are about as forgiving to me being overweight as possible :). Started last week by running half a mile now im up to a mile twice a day. Hoping to see reults soon. Anyway would love to get to know some of you guys just to kinda support one another. Hope to here from you.
