This question will surely showcase my fitness ignorance, but I figure it is better to ask than to remain clueless. If you are very limited on time, is it better to do one set of each upper body (or lower depending on the day) exercise or just wait for another day when you have more time? (Even though this will reduce the total number of days you workout per week) Just trying to figure out if I should just skip a day or try do a little something. Please advise - thanks!

Don't skip a day. do what you can. Or perhaps adjust your routine to allow you the time.
