Is Coffee Good or Bad for You?

I've been drinking coffee since I was 15. So is it good for you? Can coffee help you lose weight? Does Coffee retrict muscle growth? Does Coffee dehydrate your body?

Coffee is debated all of the time. It does have anti-oxidants in it (good) and the caffiene can be a good way to kick it up a notch in your workout.

Recent articles I have read say that even caffienated drinks count towards your water intake and are not as dehydrating as once thought.

Try an onoine search, you will find that there are many who say it is good for you, in moderate amounts, and many who say it is bad for you.

I am sure there has been a lengthier discussion of this, try looking up coffee in fitbuddy, or do a google search.
