	2008/06/07, 07:12 PM You usually get an answer on fitness/workout questions within 24 hours whether you're a paying member or not. It was well worth it to me to be able to print out the full 8 or 12 week workout as well as use the swap exercise feature. In addition being able to keep a personal fitness log is a great learning tool. I found that quite a few experienced people as well as several mods would read mine, comment and answer my questions in my log. The best reason, as well as the one that will never disappoint you, to join is to support a really good sight as well as the FT community. Don't join just to be able to enter the pro forum.
