I'm stumped.
I did a HIIT session on the bike on tuesday, and didn't feel any pain (other than the usual losing the will to live during the 8th interval)
Yesterday I noticed pain and tenderness in my right quads area, but not the left.
I cannot remember injuring it at all, and I only noticed it the next day, but I've never had doms on just one side before.
Is it doms? Do I train?

lol charlie.
It's definitely a muscular pain. It's not too severe, is tender to touch.

Oh, and I also managed a very gentle elliptical session last night okay, but I'm wondering if I can do a resistance session with my legs.

If for some reason your were putting more pressure with one leg and didn't have the right height on the seat, then yes it is doms. Also were your feet in the stirrups and pulling up?

Ivan, I was using the stirrups, but the seat height was correct. I wasn't aware of using my right leg more than my left, but I think I must have done.
I went to the gym yesterday, went back on the bike, and my quads weren't sore at all during exercise, so I guess it must've been doms.
Thanks for replies, guys.
