Hello all and Happy New Year. I am fairly new to this site. I have posted questions before and got great responses. I started using this site in October with lofty goals, unfortunately I have fallen off the track AGAIN. Anyway, I was looking at my personal fitness program. I am going to use the one for losing weight, I forgot what they call it. Anyway, I have been lifting weights off and on for some time now and the workouts listed on my profile don't seem to be enough. I am wondering if any of you have used that workout and to what success you have had. I will try the workout and implement 3-5 sessions of cardio a week. Is that too much? Thanks in advance for your answers.
i am agree with you, looks like the excercise programs in here are just not enough. just add one or two more excercises per muscle gropup and you will be fine.
for fat loss, 3-5 sessions are ok, 30-35 min at the most.
eat clean, lots of proteina and good fat.
