theres a good chance that 4.75 pounds of that mass increase is water. make sure you drink plenty of it to avoid the side effects of creatine use. 4 days a week of 2-4 exercises is plenty. Its more effective than doing, say, 5 days a week of 6-8 exercises of the same number of sets. The Free Trainers programs are designed to avoid overtraining. good luck

If you r using creatine, then the programme you mentioned is not enough, do 4 to 6 exercises per bodypart and workout each bodypart twice a week.Dont give more than one day rest. The programme you mentioned is more like a "lay back" programme, for when you r too tired or busy

Hi a.j. in the body for life program they only train upper and lower body every other day with a cardio after each day. They only work out 3 days for 45 min. to 1 hr. max.and if you see some of the transformations you won't believe it., It sounds as though you are doing good so far just stay with the program and you should be alright.

Make your workouts intense, you'll need the rest. 1 body part per week is all you need . over training is your worst enemy

My 2 cents..
I was told to basically start with what the average ppl do , which is 1 body part per week , and as you learn more about your body , get more experience , etc.... Then make some changes if needed. Its better to start with less and see the changes then starting with the max and killing urself and see no results. Then you get less motivated etc...
Good luck

Always tell yourself that more isn't better, better is better. Those few exercises, done with proper form and sufficient weight, are enough for almost anyone.
