Hi,
i used the hydroxycut fat burner for 5 day now but i was really unconfortable with it. I don`t know why but i had the last 2 day a big stomache and it`s like i want to throw up.
I'm on a good diet, eating 4-5 times a day and workout 4 days a week (2 hours).
My goal is to lose some fat but of course, increase my mass muscle and strengh.
So is it ok if i stop the fat burner and take only protein and creatine (prolab creatine). With a good diet but withtout the fat burner, can i still lose some fat if i workout good and eat good?
Thank you very much for your help and advice :)

Yes, you can lose fat without the hydroxycut.
Your workouts hsouldn't take 2 hours, though.
creatine will help you gain mass and lose fat. It will also give you better energy for your workouts. Start with a loading phase for 5 days, two doses a day, one AM and one PM. then just take it daily after that, one dose.
What kind of workout are you doing? Have you looked at the programs here on FT? many peopple use them and get good results. Your workouts shouldn't take more than an hour.
How much cardio do you do?

Hi Asimmer, :)
When i said 2 hours workout, it include 20min cardio and 15 min abs.
I'm doing a program that i used to do when i was playing football in college to gain mass and strengh.
I saw the FT programs and i'll start one of them after i finish my program.
So for the creatine, i'm doing a loading phase but 4 doses a day for 5 days and then 2 doses after that for 8 weeks.i'm using the porolab creatine. is it too much u think?
so i don't need the fat burner no more then? thank you for your help and advice !

If you're loading, you're following the correct path...app. 20 gr./day for 5 days, then maintain after that using either 5 pre and post or just 5 post. Personally I use 5 pre and post. The fat burner can go if your diet is good. Asimmer is right, try one of the workouts listed here...should only take you about 45 min.
-------------- Do it now while you still can!

OK, i'll try one of those program just when i finish mine in 2 weeks max.
One question please : i really having trouble drinking my creatine in water because of the test (like drugs)specially in the morning. so can i drink it with a juice like orange juice or apple juice because i don't like grape juice neither.
And will it have the same results or isi it really better with water?
Thanks a lot!

As long as you allow for the calories from the juice, have it in juice. I mix mine with a product called Emergen-c that is fizzy and comes in different flavors. it is electrolytes and vitamins for energy. I also like chewable creatin tablets for the convenience...

HI Asimmer,
When i said orange juice, i meant orange juice mix with water, not a just orange juice so this way, i reduce the calories in it right!
I drink it in a 8 0z cup and the orange juice that i use is tropicana.
Thank you !

Do you mean once you have made the orange juice, you further dilute it with water?
Mimosa, you are a big guy and have a good calorie allowance, don't sweat a little orange juice with your creatine.
If you get to a point where you are not seeing results and you have to cut your calories down a little, you might cut out the Oj, but for now, don't worry.:)

what i meant is that i take a 8oz cup and i put half orange juice half water and then put my creatine in it and drink it!
Thank you Asimmer

when i was researching my creatine pretty much every site i consulted reccomended against mixing creatine with juice high in acids such as orange or grapefruit. they actually said that in general it was best to stay away from those juices all togehter while on creatine as they do not respond well to each other. i would look into that and try to find another juice or tasty insulin source while mixing creatine.
