hi everyone, the excercise program that was given to me seems to be a little difficult for me. when i get to the end, i'm doing a pretty poor job just wanting to get done. is it okay to do half in morning and half at night?

Are you using the correct weights tarab? Could you lower them slightly to get through your workout? Or are you just loosing motivation?
I don't think there would be a problem splitting up your workout - better to do it all than get discouraged. Good luck to you!

If you're just starting out, I think it's okay to go slowly. You don't want to hurt yourself by having poor form when fatigued. Just try to work up to doing the whole workout.
Also, are you eating anything prior to your workout? I have a protein shake or some other healthy snack about 45 mins before I lift. Otherwise, I know I won't have the energy to get through (especially on leg day!).
Or, like Am-azon said, try lighter weights.

Thanks. I'm not really using any weights to be honest. I'm doing the home program and I do mostly sit ups, push ups, squats, etc. There are a couple things where I use cans but those don't seem to heavy at all. No, I haven't been eating before or after. My problem is I think that my muscles are extremely weak. I'm very out of shape, which is why I'm trying this out. I'm very light (110 lbs) at 5 foot 3 inches, but really "mushy" no muscles.
Thanks for the experienced words

You betcha tarab - keep it up - you can do it! I admire people who can do their workouts at home - I have to physically remove myself from my house in order to obtain the lengthy workout I desire. I have too many distractions that tend to make me loose focus. Good luck

I find that if I eat something that will give me energy before I work out and I do some cardio, I'm way more into my actual workout... and more focused.
