hi my name is kevin im 18 (almost 19) and i weigh (64kg, 143 lbs and 5ft7in, 170cm) BMI 22. and i just got a treadmill and just been running on it for 30 mins a day on 11km/hr plus i do push ups (even though i suck) and sit ups too. ive never had a flat stomach in my life and im really motivated but just wondering if it is possible to get a flat stomach if uve never had one before? is it also possible for what im doing now because im motivated but just wondering if it was possible? because ive been pretty fat my whole life but now im not too bad. + ( no change to diet except ive decided not eat any snacks anymore).
