I have found a new way to lose 2 pounds in 1 day. All you need to do is eat 2 meals per day, do 2 hours of any cardio workout, after that lift, or the other way around.

Sounds like you lost only water weight. You are going to end up slowing down your metabalism and you will not going to be able to keep up the work out. I do not know why you would want to.

Yes i agree.. you should be eating a lot more smaller meals per day than 2 and 2 hours of cardio especially if someone's starting out probably would be a little too much.

yes i also agree totaly , i agree because the weight lifting is 270 calories an hour plus the cardio and your daily activities should burn up to that much

Sizling, Arnold back me up if you would be so kind. Hey man, there are impressionable people who will follow any person's advice. If that is your trick, fine but be carful of what kind of advise you offer some people will take it to exteremes. I know of some kids on the site who may not know how to take care or themselves and I don't think we want them trying this stuff yet. There are some crazy diets out there but try to keep yourself healthy no matter what you try.

I'd definitely have to agree w/ you there I_sly... there are too many crazy suggestions and "miracle" diets out there and even though you may not see any problems w/ it in the short run.. you might unfortunately as the years go by and then you can't undo it anymore.

I would prefer splitting those 2 meals into 4...eat the same food but on more intervals..this will increase your metabolism rate and you will lose more fat automatically...

This doesn't sound like a reasonable program to go for.... I mean 2 meals will starve you big time...you want have enough energy not just for those tough workouts but for all other regular daily activities....its pretty much like fasting....I would have 4 to 5 meals a day to keep the metabolism high...keep it divided into carbs, protien and fats...but make sure fats are not more than 20% of each meal...also drink a lot of water...it helps a lot... 2 hours of cardio is just fine but try it 3 days a week.
