I think thats BS..if you are healthy then eating eggs every day wont hurt.I eat eggs about three times a week, sometimes just the white, sometimes the whole egg...Its an excellent source of protein, its quick and nourishing...

Man whole eggs are good for you. I eat to or 3 at a time sometimes, or sometimes I just eat the white part. Just depends on if you want your meal to have fat content.

If you are a normally healthy trainee, with no prior cholesterol/heart problems, or heredity wise to worry about, it is fine. Dietary cholesterol does not have the impact on serum cholesterol that was thought.

In fact, eggs are shown to be actually good fats. You actually need some cholesterol anyway, it is very protective.

Now, fitting them into your diet macros is another issue. Any food, no matter how healthy, if it puts you over your calorie needs, you will gain weight if this is something you do not want to do.

Eggs are one of the healthiest protein sources out there....I eat upwards of 10 who eggs a day....

We're now beginning to realize that not all cholesterol is bad....not all fats are bad....and so forth....
I believe bb1 posted a study a while back about eating 2 whole eggs daily didn't raise cholesterol or other markers ....

I have in between 8 and 16 ounces of egg whites a day now. Thanks to someone telling me I could get them in handy cartons. Good for making shakes.
