breakfast: 7am oatmeal/fruits 1pc.
10am 2 hrs. workout in the gym
lunch: 12nn steam chicken breast/tuna
w/ veggies or fruits
3pm baked peanuts

1st fill out your profile on here so we know if you are male or female and what your stats are, age weight height and so on.

2nd, post your workout routine , 2 hours of curling dumbbells wont cut it.

3rd, you should keep a food log and track your protein/carb/fat intake, if you arent eating the proper amounts of each item and getting enough calories to full your body before/during/after your workouts, your body will remain in a catabolic/starvation mode and hold onto fats, breaking down muscle protein to full itself, cause muscle weight loss, not fat loss.
