I get up early in the morning and start of my day with good amt. of milk.I have around 5 glasses of milk everyday(approx. 600 ml.) and 4-6 egg whites.Along with it i also have good quantity of carbs and roughage in my diet.I am 5'10 and weigh 167.2 lbs. Is it ok?
That is a lot of milk! It seems like you are a good weight - how do you feel? Are you lean? Do you know your body fat percenatage? I used to drink milk like crazy - I've cut down quite a bit and feel better and look better and i've added some muscle. I think it made me feel full but I was not getting enough other food/nutrients. I mean, milk is a good thing - but in moderation.
