Ok heres the problem:
I cycle a lot before training on weights etc. Ever since I started exercising I have felt my legs are not quite right.
Right leg
When walking, cycling etc my right leg slighty feels stiffer and chunkier and UNCONFORTABLE in its movement. E.g if I touch my toe I get a slight pain sensation on the right leg. It feels like muscle pain inside the hip, the left leg doesn’t feel anything.
And the right foot always feels as if it has more pressure on it, in fact walking is really uncomfortable due to the right leg. Its like the right ankle slightly bends in wards and I find it hard to place the foot correctly.
And when cycling the problematic right leg which feels stronger but uncomfortable point outwards and my ankle is almost bent when cycling.
Left Leg
Is totally confortable in any activity but feels slightly weaker.
When I visually look at both legs I cant see any difference in terms of length , although the right painfull leg looks chunkier and stiffer..
What does this all mean… and could I train my legs so they are both symmetrical

Sorry, heres more info
Im 23,
- Never injured the leg
- No back pain, but i do have a weak lower back that hurts if i do to much... but thats because i need to train more on the back.
- ive been trainning properly for a year. Used to do allow of free weights before..ntohing that would effect the leg
ok here something interesting about my problem. If i twist both feet inwards whilst sitting down, My problematic right leg hurts just under the hip on the top of the leg. It feels as if a muscle or something is stretching and hurting due to the strectch. The pain is just below the hip and spear accross a very small area.
is it just that my right leg is stiffer some how
another thing to note: ive never really walked that much in life, i used to be overwieght and just used to sit around.... i ve lost all that wieght and now ive got this leg probelm...

You might want to start by seeing a chiropractor or masage therapist. It could be you have some muscles that are spasmed or something out of place. I don't think anyone here can get a good idea of what it going on with your leg without seeing you walk, evaluating it hands-on.
Sometimes you need to be smart enough to seek expert advice.
Good luck!
