I have only one dumbell. My question is for freeweight excersises, like dumbell incline presses, is it OK to do excersises like this alternating from hand to hand?

Well if you don't have other choises then it's better to do something than nothing at all. For balance (and for building up muscle mass) you'll need at least two -and with changeble weights!.

Thanks! It turns out that my olympic size plates fit if I use my two 10lbs plates closest to my hands and the olympic plates on the outside. The bolt things fit perfectly in the holes of the olympic plates. I'm gonna have to do hammer curls and etc then, until I get my other dumbell bar in two weeks. Weight traing rocks!!! :D
