Just curious, Is protien + creatine healthy for you if you take it on a continous basis together.
I train / workout 5 days a week. But for the past 2 weeks I have been taking protien 3 times a day, morning, after work out and pre-bed, also taking creatine morning, and after work out. Now is this bad for the liver now and future
There have been no reported ill effects from long term creatine use. It is one of the safest supplements around. More research has been done on creatine than probably any other supplement. Rest your mind at ease, creatine is naturally produced in our bodies anyway. So it is not like you are taking a hormone or anything.
