I am 20 yrs old. 5'5, and weight 135lbs. When training I have supplemented regulary with a protein shake, creatine(in pure powder form), and a multi-vitamin. But now I plan to supplement in the summer with the three mentioned above plus NO2, ZMA, and Glutamine! Is taking all this too much for my body?, will it in the long run be harmful to my liver or overall health? If so, which supplements would be best to cut from the list?

Your good to go with everything but the NO2. Long story short, tried it, won't ever buy it gain, or anything else from that company. Essential - ZMA (read the red pin for cheaper, yet just as effective version), protein, glutamine. Non essential but harmless - creatine, multi. As for the multi, check your daily intake with the nutrition tracker, you may find out your getting all you need anyway

Don't need the NO2, but everything else mentioned is very effective if taken properly.

Thanks guys, but the response by "jdelts" brings me to my next question! I value timing your supplement intake as a critical part of the process and I have always had doubts on how to time my glutamine, protein, and creatine pre-workout and post-workout? (I have heard of the sugar spike to increase insulin for better creatine uptake but not sure if drinking my creatine along with grape juice is enough,etc...) Also, is it okay to take a serving of whey immediately after waking up?(should I take the glutamine also?)

glutamine is suppossed to rebuild damaged tissue after operations(hospitals use it)- it also does help with appetite suppressing and aiding restful sleep- so night is a good time and also after training and muscle breakdown.
Whey in the morning is good and everyone seems to also have oats and/or eggs, fruit etc...
I believe grape juice is enough, but no harm can be done drinking another juice or an apple. Drinking it with protein doesn't help transport into the body.
Split protein into portions of about 30 to 40 grams at a time as the body cannot assimilate more than this effectively.
Most if not all over counter supplements are well regulated these days. Most are herbal and/or just a supplement which is a posh word for food in a pill. Worst case scenario would probably be a stomach ache from a potful. An allergy could mean death and you will know what foods you are allergic too so wont touch 'em if any.
When people drink a Budweiser, I don't think they consider their liver. This is about your health and you worry about your liver- if it was about alcohol health wouldn't get a look in!!! So keep up the over the counter pills and potions where needed. And have a great life.
I'm off for a bud right now, myself.

No matter what the case, it is always better to go with a vitamin supplement that is scientifically manufactured to Pharmaceutical Grade Standards.
