Curiousity got the best of me once I broke out pretty bad after taking creatine for a few weeks w/ no change in diet and I usually have a pretty clear face. Question is their an alternative to it? I've done some research and on some of the sites it said the sugars in the creatine can cause the acne but I was taking just pure creatine no flavor/no sugar w/ water. Plus I asked a few friends of mine who took it at one time and they said they broke out a little but not to bad. Other then whey anything else to give me that extra boost?

Especially at your age, I wouldn't worry trying to find a "special" supplement, and just train and eat better (more, if necesessary!)...

What about SWOLE by Syntrax? It says that it's beyond creatine......

I used Swole V2 by Syntrax. I thought it was decent. Another is V12 by San. They are basically cell volumizers. I found both worked well in conjunction with creatine.

bb1, are you suggesting using V12 along with pure creatine? I've been using V12 for 2 cycles and have noticed great gains but haven't been supplementing with anything other than the post workout shake you've recommended.

If you add creatine(stack it) with V12, just before training, you will experience pretty awesome results.

bb1, dosn't V12 already have creatine in it? so i don't see why you would want to add more and risk saftey
