If this fits into your caloric needs, it is a fine shake for gaining or maintaining weight.
Banans are a good source of potassium, strawberrioes are great anti-oxidnats, you have two different kinds of protein...the only questionable thing is the sweet n' low - but I use splenda like it is going out of style (I will probably grow a second head in my 60's.:big_smile:)...
