is this a good diet
7am 2 x eggs poached
10am fruit orange
11am fruit usually banana
12:30pm chicken or tuna sandwich
2:15pm snack usually a chocolate bar
5pm tuna and salad with a jacket potato
7pm fruit melon usually
bed lol
is this a good diet for me at the moment im trying to become pound for pound stronger without actually gaining much weight as i do martial arts and also rockclimbing and gymnastics so i do not want to much muscle to get in the way but i di want serious strength as i getting the right diet for me :)
Not knowing your weight it is hard to give you a reliable answer. Really doesn't look like enough calories,unless you weigh around 90 pounds!
