I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a good routine and if not what should I change?

I think you can change some things. It looks like you're a beginner, so I think you can get rid of a few exercises which are a bit repetitive and add a couple which you are missing out on. You can get rid of the concentration curls since you're already doing curls. You shouldn't need wrist curls/extensions, just gripping the bar in the other exercises will take care of wrist strength. Also it looks like you don't have any back exercises?? Do some chinups or pullups, deadlifts and a rowing movement.

You should increase the amount of reps on the first two sets and then increase the amount of weight on the last ones. I looks pretty good though. Good Luck!!!
