I'm a 38 yr old female and weigh 290. I want to lose at least 100 lbs. Today I warmed up by walking from the house to the gym, 15 minute walk at a normal pace. I did weights first for upper body and then I got on the recumbant bike and did 10 mins getting my hr up to 130+ and an rpm of 61-70. I plan on alternating cardio with weights. So, tomorrow I'm going to do 20-30 mins of cardio on either the bike or eliptical. Thursday I'm going to do lower body weights, maybe ab work but I might do that on a day all by itself. Usually I'll do cardio and weights on the same day, but I've read not to do that.
