Is this a pretty descent meal plan?

I am trying to cut a little w/o losing to much muscle just keep my current size but lean.

Is this a pretty good meal plan?

Breakfast
2-egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal
1 banana

Meal 2
Chicken salad w/ the usual lettuce/carrots tomato's
apple
2-slices of wheat bread w/ peanut butter (or substitute for a bagel)

Meal 3
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread
Fruit-*usually an orange*

Meal 4
cup of yogurt
Some veggies like baby carrots/green peppers and so on
White rice about 1 cup

Meal 5
Lean ground beef w/ spaghetti

hmmm i think that looks ok.. but its also flawed.. change the white rice to brown i know its yuck but do it.. and cut out the pb/jelly sandwich (substitute it for something better) and your bananas arn't that good either, i read on here somewhere they are to starchy or something...
I could be wrong... wait till someone else with a more experience on the subject responds...

last meal with spaghetti is high in carbs. So are you then sleeping on carbs rather than burning them for energy. Would it be better to move that meal to a before/after training slot?
Like swop meal 3 or 4 for 5- remove the jelly, carrot, white rice because of starch and the banana. Wholegrain rice/pasta/bread I think tastes nicer anyway!
How about grapefruit and pineapple(fresh)...
