While I was at the local GNC getting my Whey protein the people there said it would be good for me to take this NO2 product where I tahe 10 tablets daily which is a total of 10,000 MG of ( A-AKG ), does this stuff really work for boosting strength or is it just some more B.S.?

I dont know, but I do know that I aint taking ten tablets of anything daily.

Coarse they want you too, you run out quicker, and have to come back for more.
save your moeny No is a waste of money. Maybe good before a bodybuidling show but not to get bigger and or stronger.

NO2 is a big NO! Don't waste your money. The A-AKG he is speaking of is nothing fancy it is simply a form of arginine.....Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate.

Arginine is a big joke...refer to Nitrix thread....they 'recommend' taking 12 g , 4g 3 times daily...it's ludicrous....normal dosage is 3-4g daily...it's rediculous cuz the supplement costs as much as 30-50$....taking 12 a day...makes you run out in like a week...it's a joke...don't even waste a 2nd thought on this...remember...when an athlete recommends something it's usually given to him/her for free...and goes with a variety of steroids(if it's a bodybuilder)...so it's almost never the supplement they are touting that gave them great results(thought i'd hit this area as well)

That is a blanket statement you cannot back up. Please refrain from this type of logic, as it is not accurate.
