is this diet ok for me

6-6:30am 2 eggs 1 yolk,no fat yogurt whole grain ceral 1/2 cup 9;30-10am portion chicken breast 1 apple
12-12;30pm portion chicken breast 1 pieace wheat bread <i jus seen it had high fructose syrup> 4 30-5pm yogurt 1 can tuna 2/3 cup cottage cheese 7-730 portion chicken,cottage cheese 1 cup spinage 1 can .... im tryin to lose weight put on more muscle get strong the usual im 180-185 5 6 male . id appreciate any comments also i weight train 4 times a week and do cardio 20 to 30 min 3 time a week...

How many calories is that?
