I have developed my own vertical jump training program for me.
I do it on Tuesday,Thursday,Sunday!
Thar`s is one exercise that i do every day. That is power Squat i do it 4x15 reps with 25kg on my back.
So The schedule is;
2x8 Box Jump(box is 120m)
2x8 Jump with weight(10kg) Something like knees 2 chest but + 10kg.
2x8 Max height with my knees to chest.
2x8 Depth drops(from 1m height)
2x8 Jump up after depth drops
2x8 Cone Hoops
2x8 Cone Hoops each leg.
2x8 Plyo Lunges each leg
2x8 Bw Lunge
2x8 Chair( holding 10kg in my arms) exploding after siting in chair.
2x8 Chair each leg.Also holding 10kg in my arms.
2x8 Scissor in air. Plyometric workout.
2x8 Butt Kicks
5x20m Sprints.
Doe`s this will improve my vertical? Maby some tips?
