i went on a diet on january 6th, when my docter told me i had high blood sugar and high colestral. i het the scale at 324 lbs. i started watching every thing i eat, keeping a note book of calerys in take. i now walk a mile or more a day plus the 3 day work out that ft set up for me. today i came in at 290 lbs. 34 lbs in 17 days. is that good or to fast or slow.
