When I was growing up I would fried foods and sometimes junk food, and I barely ate vegetables. Now that I realize that eating healthier is better for you.Now I "barely"fried foods anymore.Me being from the south I was use to eating a lot of fried foods. I eat alot of rice and tuna fish. I eat lots of peppers(bell peppers all colors)I still eat meat, but not as much as use to. I mostly eat the meats that is not fried. I mostly eat, tuna fish, cat fish
Ok I wasn't finished and accidentally hit the enter button. I was wondering if it was healthy. I been eating fried foods and such my whole life, and now I realize it's healthier I been eating lots of fruits, yogurt,nuts,and all that healthy stuff. I only eat food with protein. I still eat a lot of Italian food it being my favorite food.
