I haven't really been eating breakfest =/ but ive been eating a turkey breast sandwich for lunch with fruit and for dinner i've been eating chicken breast and spehgetti and im trying to tone out and lose weight is this okay for most part... and i only drink water or crystal light

I don't think you will find a person in the world who knows anything about diet that will tell you what you are doing is fine.

Agreed as Breakfast is said to be the most important meal for a reason also in order to burn you need to feed!

You ever here of the saying your metabolism is like a burning fire and foos is the logs to keep it burning?

Well you are letting your fire die for to long!

Now on your food choices it depends on what kind of bread and paste!

okay well thanks for the info im pretty new to this becuase i've always been into maxing and now all i really know is that i need to lower my calorie intake i'll deffinatly start eating more tho i'd hate for tho's 45 mins of cardio to count fr nothing
