Ok so my third week workout plan is exactly the same exercises as my first and second weeks, is this right. When will my exercises change? If this is a 12 week ab workout program, when will I work my abs? I am doing cardio also. Please help, give me some wisdom here.

Hey eveline. The exercises will probably stay the same for several weeks. There may bbe some slight variation. Do the routine as indicated you will be alright. BTW how's it going? Which program are you on?

My 12 week program didn't assign any ab work for some reason. I just followed a previous 8 week ab program. You can easily add that to your routine. Choose 3 ab exercises, say crunches, leg raises, twists. Do these 3 on two non-consecutive days per week. Start with 3 sets 15 reps (or as many as you can do). Work up to 20 reps. Change your exercises after 2 or 3 weeks. Several exercises under the 'exercise resources' button.

I am on the 12 week program and trying to slim down. It is not as much a change as I thought it would be. I am still uncomfortable with the number of calories I am supposed to consume. I was on a 1200 cal diet, I have upped it to 1500, trying to slowly work it up. Thanks for the help, I will try to start adding the ab routine starting tomorrow. I appreciate the help.
