I am currently trying to get into shape for the summer. I wanna add some lean muscle (particularly to my chest and tris). I also really wanna get rid of the beer belly to expose my abs. I have started doing circuit training, and do cardio 3x a week. I take protein, creatine and NO Xplode.
I was thinking about taking Animal Cuts. This belly fat has been with me for a long time, even during times where I've been fit so I will need all the help I can get.
OK... I juice some veggies (carrots, beets, greens, lemon, lime, ginger usu.) because of the health benefits (I eat veggies too). Should I cut that out?
