Is this workout routine good?

Monday
All back & shoulders with abdominals

Tuesday
All legs & abdominals

Wednesday
All chest & triceps

Thursday
Biceps & full body workout

4 days a week 45-30 minutes a day. Is this a good schedule for me? any suggestions on how to manage this schedule?

What is your goal? If it's to gain mass, I think you should incorporate a rest day in-between. Just my preliminary assessment...

i just want to know how many times a week i should work my upper body? because in my schedule im only working a certain group of muscle only once a week.
