sorry i'm new and i heard that you only really need to do cardio two or three times a week and that if you do more than that it doesnt really make a difference?? im not sure, i just want to get this rumor straight. Thanks! =]

Ok first of all, it matters how much weight u wanna lose, and how fast, or if you just wanna maintain the weight. so be a little more specific.
