Are you male or female? Because it is an estrogen-inhibitor.
Also, I've never heard of it, so I would say stick to the time tested supplements with more, forgive me, popularity.
Im not saying jump on the bandwaggon, but use common sense. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I've heard of tribulus as a supplement being effective in increasing testosterone production, but theres not enough out there in the way of information that I would continue buying it. Stick with protein to start, and then supplement with multi-vit and minerals, and possibly some bcaa' (amino acids).
