I am beginning to see results in my muscles from over 6 months of working out. A friend of mine that I haven't seen in 6 months came to my house and she couldn't believe the difference in my muscle tone. She was impressed. That makes it all worthwhile because sometimes I just feel like giving up. Now I am going to work harder than ever because I KNOW it is paying off. I'm so proud of myself!!!!
