It's so nice and encouraging to have found this website. With no one to motivate me but myself and so many other pressures in my life it's been really tough finding the willpower.
I think that's about to change, though!
I'm a beginner and definately don't look like body biuilding material being a 5 ft girl. It uncomfortable going to the gym, down to the free weights in front of the mirror and feeling the eyes on the back of my head when I'm setting up the bench press.
I think this website could help me rise above that, so thankyou to whoever founded it and to al those who keep it going!

Yes Katie, welcome and listen to ravenwolf. I am a little over 5 ' and I know exactly what you mean about people looking on. I went through that stage and it will fade away. just build your confidence in yourself and let others worry about themselves. write down your goals (start small) and keep tehm posted somewhere you can visually see them all the time and as you reach them cross them out and then et new goals. in no time you will be on top of the world and in shape and have a better life. good luck and we are here to root you on!
