I've done gym 2 years back and got a wished physique of packed body , later due to the acads stress, I had to leave the gym, now I have joined my favourite organization, and the organization has a gym inside. So , it was like a fresh air to split out the stress sweat for me. Am weighing 85 kgs and my height is 5.9ft, I wanna decrease my it to the range of 65-70.
From past a couple of days, am hitting the gym 45mins - 60 mins..
Cardio of 15min - 20 mins
then muscle dedicated exercises like for chest, lats etc...
